OK, I guess I need to say a little more. When I worked at Billboard magazine, was kind enough to “inspire” an intern with the above photo. Almost 10 years later that same intern, who I just ran into during Social Media Week, sent me a copy of it. It just so appropriate given my current employment status (steady freelancing) as well as my predeliction for procrastination. Thanks, Eric!
BTW, for those of you who don’t know, record companies used to send out physical press photos — not jpegs — to journalists. It’s true, it’s true!
